CONTRACTS
This is the agreement drawn up between the Builder and the Owner and contains criteria on the build including progress payments, warranty and deposits
GUARANTEES
A Guarantee is given to the owner where if any faults or problems arise there is a length of time usually a period of 12 months where the builder must rectify agreed changes.
BUILDING LICENCES
All our Tiny Homes are under a registered NSW carpenters license, waterproofing license, plumbers and electricians are all trade registered and all frames are engineered to the BCA code of Australia.
