There are two types of designs here at our company that deal with drainage.
 
1. Cabins, fixed to the ground and hooked to drainage and septic/sewer. The type of build on stumps to the ground is more accepted by council, as its classed as a permanent home with connections to services. Its cheaper to build and uses a wider range of materials, including recycled. 

2. Tiny Homes on Wheels, either composting toilets, flush toilets and grey water systems with reed beds.
 
All these options are available and don't forget, prices rise on materials every month so talking to us about your designs is critical for pricing a final plan. 

Working out what you really want in a living space, will require talking to our interior designer, Anette. She will listen to your needs, and guide you through what is possible throughout your build.

There are lots of options to make your Tiny Home Adventure more comfortable.

There are :

1. Window options, Glass options and flyscreen Options.

2. Fireproof options to make the trailer non-combustible, to BAL29.

3. Internal options for kitchen appliances, bathroom styles to choose from, right through to cabinetry colours and textures.

4. There are several exterior grades of cladding and designs to make your home 'Look Better'.

5. Exterior decks can be added for a tiny home experience.

Pre-built decks are part of our design experience to add more living space to the home, these are modular, and can be a closed in office space or an extra bedroom, either on wheels or coupled to the deck as part of the Tiny Home main building.

6. Toilet options have to be included here as there are several designs available, like full flush, composting, and incinerator versions.

7. Interior cladding can be changed to your tastes.

8. Lighting added to any area as extras.

9. Solar addition if you want to go off grid and provide your own power for living and working.

10. Water tank additions and grey water designs for the home.

11. Textile colours  on all bedding and cushioning.

12. Flooring and ceiling options.
